Our Promise
Fidcuiary Duty
We are fiduciaries, meaning we are obligated to place your financial interests before our own. Not only do we view this as an obligation, but also as a privilege. The opportunity to help you and your family is an honor that we take seriously. We commit to fulfilling our fiduciary duty.
Intro Call
Let’s start with a quick call. This is our chance to talk about whatever is on your mind financially, answer any pressing questions, and see if we’re the right fit to help. At the end of this call, we will ask if you would like to have a discovery meeting.
Discovery Meeting
Here’s where we dive deeper. We’ll talk through your personal and professional goals, values, and any questions or concerns you have. We want to hear what success looks like to you and your family. At the end of this meeting, we will ask if we can follow up in a couple of days with a confirmation call.
Confirmation Call
A couple of days after our Discovery Meeting, we will reach out to make sure we understand your goals and priorities and to see if anything changed after we left the last meeting. If we are aligned, we will ask if we can gather more financial information so we can construct a financial plan. If you choose to move forward at this point, we will outline what our initial planning fee will look like for you and what options we offer to assist with implementation.
Information Gathering
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll guide you through gathering the details we need to build your financial plan. We will have a list of financial documents for you to gather. Typically, we can accomplish this step without a formal meeting, but we are here for you if you need additional support. Once we have your information, we will schedule a date to Share and Refine.
Share and Refine
In the sharing portion of this meeting, we’ll present an overview of your plan focusing on its assumptions and outcomes. Then we begin to refine. You’ll have time to ask questions, suggest changes, and make sure everything aligns with your priorities and preferences. Our goal is for the plan to feel right for you – clear, actionable, and aligned. We can take our time here, going into as much or little depth as you need.
Implementation
Once we’re all confident in the plan, it’s time to put it into action. We are here to guide you to your definition of success, holding you accountable and helping along the way.
Maintenance
Life changes—and your financial plan needs to keep up. We’ll check in regularly, review progress, and adjust as your career and life evolve to keep you on track. We’re here to support you for the long haul.
